		<description><![CDATA[Gee, maybe that name is more appropriate.  It&#039;s not the prettiest dish ever cooked.  Some have called it downright disgusting looking.  But it is REALLY tasty.  Served hidden under ice cream or whipped cream, even better.  Perhaps we should re-name it - &lt;em&gt;Crackpot Apple Cobbler&lt;/em&gt;.  I like that. (And thus legends are born).
